Fresh Turf are growers and suppliers of high quality lawn turf. Our commitment, productivity and infrastructure means we are able to supply fresh, high quality lawn turf throughout the UK including Leicester and it's surrounding areas. We grow the turf with the latest high specification seed supplied by Barenbrug UK. We trial all of our seed before putting it in to our Meglio mix to ensure the turf looks perfectly uniformed and meets our very high standards. The turf is sown in to a perfect seed bed, created by a Blecavator vibratilth and Sown with the latest model of Blec Turf Maker seeder, New in 2013. Our turf is mowed by 25ft wide cylinder mowers that give a perfect scissor cut. All of our turf is fully treated weeds, pests and protected against disease. Our Turf is grown on high quality loam topsoil, nurtured for at least 18 months and then harvested using a self steering harvester. Once the turf is cut, it is immediately taken to our distribution depot, loaded on a lorry and then delivered overnight to it's destination in Leicester.
